Items delivered in Central Texas by John-William Interiors trucks can be returned for full refund within 14 days less local delivery fee.

If merchandise is delivered outside of Central Texas by a third party (other than a John-William Interiors truck) merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Customer will notify John-William Interiors customer service within 14 days desire to return, John-William Interiors will issue instructions on return process. Once item returned is received by John-William Interiors a refund will be issued for the merchandised only less a 20% re-stocking fee.

Items must be inspected upon receipt for transit damage. Damage should be noted in writing upon receipt and John-William Interiors customer service should be notified immediately and provide photos if possible. If item has transit damage and another identical item is available it will be shipped at no charge once damaged item is returned. If new item is not available a refund will be issued once damaged item is returned.

If you anticipate returning an item be sure to keep original packing materials.
